1. We require 48 hours' notice to cancel your appointment without charge.

2. If you provide us less than the 48 hours' notice then we will offer you the option to reschedule within 7 days of your appointment. 

3. If you do not re-schedule during this time, we will have to charge you 50% of your treatment fee. 

Unfortunately, with less than 48 hours, it is difficult to fill that client space in our diary and this impacts us as a small business.
